Photos awaiting review
New photos stay hidden from other members until you approve them. If a photo appears to show a child in a sexual context, do not download, copy or share it. Click "Quarantine and report": the photo is hidden, kept as evidence, the member is suspended, and the steps for reporting to NCMEC are shown. See the Child Safety and CSAM Response Protocol.
Reviewer checklist: before approving, check each photo for phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, QR codes, watermarks with contact details, and signs or screenshots showing personal information. Reject any photo that shows them.

Flagged messages
Messages are flagged automatically when they contain a link or look like a request for money. Only a short excerpt is kept here. A flag is a signal to look closer, not proof of a violation. Use Report or the member's profile to take action.

Account deletion requests
Requests are processed automatically 7 days after they are made (daily at 09:00 UTC): profile, photos, messages, blocks and tier are removed. You will get an email when a login is waiting for final deletion. Then ask your Willo assistant to "process the deletion queue". "Clear photo files" is optional and removes photos early. Reports, moderation actions and consent records are kept, without the member's name or email.
